What is Berry Motorfair?
Berry Motorfair is all about showcasing a curated selection of classic, collectable & cool cars and bikes. Sourced from Sydney, Shoalhaven region and beyond we will have a collection of automobiles that will are best described as works of art. We hope this event will highlight the best of Berry and its surrounding region and raise money for Lifeline Australia & Starlight Children’s Foundation.
Do I need to buy a ticket to view the cars/attend?
Yes, tickets must be purchased. Limited availability on the day.

$20 adults & Under 18’s are just a gold coin donation.
How do I show my car?
REGISTER HEREBerry Motorfair is a curated show. All vehicle owners need to register ahead of time and due to limited spots a $150 fee applies should you be successful. All display vehicles are allowed to bring along one guest at no extra cost. No vehicles will be accepted for display on the day of the show.
Where will the money raised at the Berry Motorfair go?
All profits from the event will go directly to Lifeline Australia & Starlight Children’s Foundation. We encourage you to visit www.Lifeline.com.au and www.starlight.org.au to read more about these charities and the work it does in the community.
Where is the Berry Motorfair being held?
Coolangatta Estate Winery, 1335 Bolong Rd, Coolangatta NSW 2535.
What is the refund policy?
No refunds as all proceeds are going to charity. However under extenuating circumstances, the Berry Motorfair committee will look at individual requests.
What are the COVID19 safety precautions in place?
Please maintain appropriate actions in alignment with the current COVID requirements at the date of the event. On entry all attendees will be required to provide their names and contact details in alignment with COVID requirements. Please stay home if you are feeling unwell.
What is the wet weather plan?
The Berry Motorfair will take place rain, hail or shine. If it rains be sure to bring an umbrella as the Motorfair won’t be under cover.
What are the parking options?
Free parking is available onsite. Parking gates will open at 9:30am and close at 3pm.
Will food & beverages be available?
There sure will be! You will be able to purchase food and beverages from the food trucks on site.
Is there an ATM onsite?
No ATM, but food venues will accept credit cards.
Are there capacity limits?
Yes, all guests are required to purchase a ticket. Limited tickets will be available at the gate.
Will there be first aid?
There will have a volunteer first aid officer on-site.
Is there disabled access?
Yes, the venue is accessible for disabled guests. There will be limited disabled parking, with car park attendants on duty to support.
